The hotel had really big and comfortable rooms, but with an odd layout and some noise issues. Initially, there was an overpowering smell of bleach, but it faded after a few days. The service was a mix with some negative incidents but amazing and friendly overall. The location was excellent, close to amenities but away from noise. The dining experience was great with a wide variety of options.

During our 4-day stay, the hotel had an overpowering smell of bleach and cleaning chemicals initially, which wasn't pleasant but dissipated after a few days. The rooms appeared old and just revamped for pictures and felt like a cheaper option, lacking value for money.

The receptionist was very attentive and quick in responses, allowing us to use showers and lockers before check-in and after checkout, very convenient for us.

The hotel, although billed as San Antonio, is at the opposite end to Mambos and a 20-minute drive away, but it is excellently situated near the 'strip' yet shielded from its noise by trees and gardens.
